It cannot be ordered by accident. The studio measures the strand as you build and blocks checkout while it sits outside 13–21cm.

Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Snug, flat against the skin, not tight.
Use a strip of paper or a piece of string. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler.
Go by feel. Size down for a snug fit that stays put, size up for a relaxed one. Elastic forgives either choice.
Medium — 15.5–17.0 cm — fits most adult wrists, which makes it the safe default. Elastic leaves room for error in both directions.
It relaxes slightly with regular wear. Rolling the bracelet on and off, rather than stretching it wide, keeps its shape far longer.

The layout, sizes and bead order match exactly. The stones themselves will not be pixel-identical — natural stone varies bead to bead, so the preview shows a representative colour rather than a photograph of your beads.

No. Every piece is strung on elastic and rolls over the hand, which is why sizing works in wrist circumference.
No. Spacers and pendants are plated or alloy findings, picked for finish and durability. The gold and silver tones are a finish, not the metal.

Each piece is strung to order. We email you the tracking link the moment it ships, so you can follow it from there — once it is with the carrier, the timeline is out of our hands.

Within 30 days, unworn and in its original condition. Because every piece is strung to your sequence it cannot be resold, so we ask that you check the fit before wearing it out.
Message us with your order number and your wrist measurement. Fit is the one thing on a custom piece we can usually still adjust, so tell us before you give up on it. Measuring first with the Size Guide avoids the whole thing.
Tell us within 7 days with a photo. That is on us to put right, and we do not ask you to pay to return it.
We send it back to your original payment method as soon as the return is approved. After that it is down to your bank — some show it in a day, some take a statement cycle.

Better not to. Soap, chlorine and salt water are all hard on porous stone and on elastic. Taking it off first is the single habit that adds the most life to a piece.
You can, but it shortens the cord's life — a night of pulling against bedding is closer to a snag than to ordinary wear. Storing it flat overnight is the better habit.
Whatever ritual you keep, keep it dry. Water bowls, salt soaks and long sun baths are all common advice and all three are bad for porous stone and elastic. Moonlight, sound and dry smoke do the same job without damaging the piece.
The porous and softer ones: turquoise, lapis lazuli, moonstone, malachite and the sandalwood beads. Obsidian, agate and quartz are far more forgiving.
Often, yes — the beads are the expensive part and they are reusable. Message us with your order number before cutting anything.
