The agreement between you and Veyra when you order. Short, specific, and consistent with what checkout actually does.
By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. They were last reviewed on 9 August 2026. If you do not accept them, do not place an order — that is the only consequence.
A bracelet strung to the design you built: your stones, in your order, at your wrist size. Every piece is made to order — nothing is pulled off a shelf.
These are natural stones. Colour, banding and inclusion vary bead to bead, and the 3D preview in the studio shows the design, not a photograph of your finished piece. That variation is the material behaving normally, not a defect.
Veyra jewellery is made for intention and for wear. It is not a medical device and nothing on this site is medical, psychological or financial advice. Readings and stone meanings are traditional associations, offered as meaning rather than as fact.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we accept the order and confirm payment. We may decline an order — for example if a stone has run out, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
The studio blocks a strand that would not physically wear correctly, so a design that reaches checkout is one we can actually build.
All prices are in USD. Payment is by card, in full, at checkout — handled on Stripe's secure payment page. We do not offer cash on delivery, deposits or instalments.
Tracked shipping is a flat $7.90, free on orders over $60.00. The total you approve before paying is the total you are charged; there is no later step where the number changes.
Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility where a destination charges them. Prices may change, but never for an order already placed.
If a price is displayed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before charging you rather than either honouring a mistake or quietly cancelling.
We ship tracked, cross-border, to US · GB · CA · AU · MY · SG · NZ. Delivery estimates depend on destination and the carrier's current service level, so the estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order. We do not publish a day count we cannot guarantee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. A parcel lost to a wrong address is not something we can recover. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.

Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights than these terms, your local law wins. Nothing here removes a statutory right.
Use it to design and buy bracelets. Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, scrape the catalogue, resell our content, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may refuse service where any of that is happening.
Your order page is reachable through a private link. Treat it like a receipt: anyone you forward it to can see that order.
The site, its text, photography, stone reference material and the studio itself belong to Veyra. Please do not republish them as your own.
Your design is yours. We keep it because it is the instruction sheet your bracelet is strung from, and we use it to make and support your order. If you share a design link publicly, you are the one publishing it.
We aim to keep the site up and the catalogue accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Stones sell out and features change. If a stone in your submitted design becomes unavailable before we string it, we contact you with options rather than substituting one silently.
Our responsibility is the bracelet you ordered: if it arrives faulty, incorrect or not at all, we replace it or refund it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order does not exceed what you paid for it.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms can change, and the review date at the top moves when they do. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
